With two decades of hands-on experience and a lifelong devotion to animals, Ashlie is committed to helping pets live their happiest, healthiest lives.

Dianne W.

Assistant

Dianne has been involved in veterinary medicine since 1992. She has gained extensive experience working in both a mixed animal practice in Illinois and a small animal practice in the Lincoln County area. Dianne especially enjoys assisting the doctor during surgery and meeting new patients each day.

In her spare time, she helps coordinate the local rodeo queen pageant and volunteers with the Lincoln County 4-H horse program. She also enjoys spending time with her children and grandchild. Dianne lives in the Moscow Mills area with her husband and a lively home filled with pets, including dogs, cats, horses, and a flock of chickens.

Kayla H.

Receptionist

Kayla is the upbeat, animal-obsessed veterinary receptionist who believes every pet deserves to feel like a superstar the moment they walk into the clinic. From wiggly puppies to sassy cats and every fluffy, sweet, or slightly chaotic creature in between, she greets them all with a smile, a gentle touch, and occasionally a well-timed treat.

She’s the go-to person for calming nervous pet parents, keeping the front desk running smoothly, and translating “barks, meows, and side-eye” into helpful information for the veterinary team. With a heart full of love for animals and a talent for making people feel comfortable, Kayla brings warmth, humor, and genuine care to every interaction.

When she’s not helping patients and their humans, you’ll probably find her petting someone’s dog, talking to a cat like it’s her coworker, or sharing the latest adorable clinic story.
